WHOLE GRAIN PROMOTION WANTS TO INSPIRE YOU TO EAT MORE WHOLE GRAINS
FullkornsFrämjandet is a partnership between industry, academia, government, public food service and civil society organizations. We work together to improve public health by getting Swedes to eat more whole grains. FullkornsFrämjandet consists of more than 20 partners, a steering group and a full-time project manager.
OUR GOAL AND VISION IS TO INCREASE THE CONSUMPTION OF WHOLE GRAINS
We want to do this by increasing knowledge and awareness of the benefits of whole grains and by providing inspiration and tips on how to eat more whole grains. You can read more about our whole grain tips here.
FullkornsFrämjandet also wants to increase the availability of whole grains by increasing the range of whole grain products in stores and in public and private meals.

WE WANT TO INSPIRE YOU TO EAT MORE WHOLE GRAINS
Wholegrain Promotion is collaborating with the EU project SWITCH, which aims to "switch" food systems in Europe to more healthy and sustainable ones. The project involves eight countries in Europe, and six so-called Food Hubs have been established in several of the countries where activities are carried out to promote better eating habits in the region.
In Sweden, there is a Food Hub in Gothenburg run by Chalmers and RISE, where they have chosen to focus on three areas: Fullkorn i fokus, Mer växtbaserat and Hållbar sjömat. FullkornsFrämjandet works within Fullkorn i fokus (of course!) but also has a close collaboration with the other parts in various activities. Read more at switchfoodhub.com and switchdiet.eu.
