Submit your entry by November 30, 2026.
SMALL CHANGES. MORE WHOLE GRAINS.
Through the FullkornsLyftet initiative, 10,000 students in the Västra Götaland region have been able to eat more whole grains at school. A key step is to start serving whole-grain pasta.
Now we want to highlight the creativity of school kitchens and collect delicious recipes that can be shared with others. Feel free to let the students get involved in tasting, testing, and developing the dishes. Together, we’ll show that whole grains can be tasty, sustainable, and popular.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The contest is open to municipal and independent preschools, elementary schools, and high schools in Sweden. Entries must be submitted by the kitchen, meal service organization, or food service department. Each kitchen may submit a maximum of three entries.
